I've just noticed while doing something else ;-) with my system fully booted for more than 24 hrs, that "ls -l /dev/mapper" was showing me, among other things :

brw-rw---- 1 root disk 252, 16 2009-12-24 08:54 c_swap
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 252, 16 2009-12-24 08:54 c_swap_unformatted

I assume the 2nd one was not supposed to stay...?
