Comment 3 for bug 544139

Hey guys!
I'm also having this problem but it didn't appear for a long time. Now, after the recent kernel update, it happens almost every time I start my laptop and it won't go away even if I completely shut down. Before, I was able to get it to work if I shut down and restarted. Can anyone confirm this worsening after the kernel update?
