  * bin/casper-a11y-enable:
    - Use the unity-greeter gsettings keys for accessibility settings.
    - Enable high contrast in unity-greeter when the high contrast profile
      is selected.
    - Remove functionality to set gconf values for the login manager,
      unity-greeter uses gsettings.
