creation of /var/run/bld is now handled in the init script, so this can be removed from bld.postinst.

bld (0.3.4.1-3ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * debian/bld.postinst: drop creation and ownership changes of /var/run/bld,
    this is now handled by init script
