  * Rebuild for xulrunner 1.9.2 transition
  * update minimum xulrunner build-depend
    - update debian/control
  * Fix a build issue and work around a change in the GtkMozEmbed API
    by not handling open-uri signals where the URI matches the URI passed
    to gtk_moz_embed_open_stream
    - add debian/patches/11_xul1.9.2.patch
    - update debian/patches/99_autotools_rerun.patch
