What happens :
The version 3.5 is not fully compatible with belgian gouvernemental applications. Belgian people have to use the official web-site

They must download again their application from there and install two packages which seem to be fully working.

The French documentation page http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/utiliser_carte_identite_electronique_belge advise that in no way official repository should be used. That is not good.

What sould happen:
You may/should/have to want to propose the latest version in the Ubuntu official repository. The latest version is 4.0.4.

How to do it :
As the software is GPL you only have to maintain the sources in the src repository and the proposed package in others repositories.

I have compare two package in difenrent languages and their are exactly the sames.
