    - etc.bash.bashrc:
      - Add sudo hint.
    - Resurrect "Set the default path to comply with Debian policy" in
      deb-bash-config.diff.
    - Add autopkgtest for the built-in path.

  * Apply upstream patches 004 - 011.
  * Bump standards version.
