  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1850752). Remaining changes:
    - initramfs-tools hook (debian/initramfs.hook):
      + Default to 'early' instead of 'auto' when building with
        MODULES=most
      + Do not override preset defaults from auto-exported conf
        snippets loaded by initramfs-tools.
