In case it wasn't clear before, this is happening in my Fedora 12 KVM virtual machine. The host is also Fedora 12 with all available stable upgrades. No pulseaudio problems on the host, just in the VM. The VM also has all available Fedora 12 stable upgrades.

I'm more than willing to post whatever information is required, if you are available to help. It seems like a serious bug to me if pulseaudio is allowed to fill up the partition hosting /var/log/messages. In my case, this is the root partition, and it filled 2.2G in around 45 minutes.
