I had been seeing this occur once every 2 or 3 days since updating to F10, but am now at 10 days without issue using xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.5.3-13.fc10.i386. I'm using Xinerama over two DVI displays on a single card. Looks good so far, I'll followup here if I see it occur again.
