PyDirector 1.1 Released Today

After over 3 years of hibernation, a new release of PyDirector was made today. The jump from 1.0 to 1.1 is justified by the fairly large number of changes that were made, most of which had to do with completing Twisted support. This release also formed the basis of the txLoadBalancer fork, which saw a simultaneous release (of identical code) at version 0.9.
