txJSON-RPC 0.0.4 Released

The latest version of txJSON-RPC has been released and is now available on PyPI. With this release, the project has been renamed from Twisted-JSONRPC to txJSON-RPC as a result of the new Twisted community initiative to use the "tx" prefix for Twisted-based projects and to reserve the "Twisted" word in general for projects that are actually part of the Twisted distribution (e.g., Twisted Web, Twisted Mail, etc.).
