Version of Transport Vehicles management for Open ERP 5.0

Written for Transport Vehicle management for Open ERP by sraps (Alistek) on 2009-07-22

Updated release of module group/series for vehicle management are available now for Open ERP 5.0.x.
Consists of two modules:
    * tr_vehicles - base module holds basic information about vehicle and it's registration;
    * tr_vehicles_insurance - manages insurance contracts and their expiry;

It is available for Tiny ERP 4.2.x. and Open ERP 5.0.x., which are functionally identical.
