Stevedore -- DocWorker for the heavy lifting
Stevedore manages the edit/publish workflow for editors and makes for easy access to documents by the viewers. All of this is done without needing to learn any new applications, working with both HTML and OpenOffice documents. There are FireFox and OpenOffice addons, server Perl scripts for handling client requests via the add-ons and a MyStevedore sub-directory in each user's home directory.
