development files for PDF transformation/
runtime library for PDF transformation/
tools for and transforming and inspecting PDF files
QPDF is a development library and command-line program that does structural, content-preserving transformations on PDF files. It also provides many useful capabilities to developers of PDF-producing software or for people who just want to look at the innards of a PDF file to learn more about how they work. You can also use QPDF to merge and split PDF files by pages, encrypt and decrypt, and linearize PDF files at the command line. Using the library, you can do many more things with PDF files, including creating them from scratch.
