quantities repository format upgraded

Quantities bzr repositories have been upgraded to the new 2a format. This format requires bzr-1.18 or later (bzr-2.0 or later is recommended). To upgrade, backup your old shared repository or branches, possibly make a new shared repository in the 2a format (default for bzr-2.0.0), and make new branches of lp:python-quantities and/or lp:python-quantities/0.5.
