* New TempHomeDir fixture to create and activate a temporary home directory.
  (James Westby)

* ``FakeLogger`` now includes the output from python logging - the .output
  attribute as a content object in getDetails, so the logs will automatically
  be included in failed test output (or other similar circumstances).
