New nomenclature project

We've just published 2 modules to handle European and French nomenclatures of business activities (called NACE and NAF). They were not accepted in the official addons, but the feedback suggests that there is interest in integrating this sort of data.
So I've created this project on Launchpad to host those nomenclatures.
It has branches and accepts bug reports and questions, so your contributions and suggestions are welcome.
