netrek-server-vanilla 2.15.0 release cut begins

I've begun making the 2.15.0 release. If you have any patches, you may miss out, we'll bring them into 2.15.1 if necessary. All known darcs repositories were checked. If your repository is not in REPOSITORIES in the repository, then send in a patch to fix it.
