New version of the MMDB library released

A new version, 1.22, of the MMDB library has been released. Patches from the CCP4 distribution version 6.1.13 was incorporated into this derived distribution of MMDB, which also includes patches that were applied in the Ubuntu packaging. The example programs that were distributed earlier by upstream, but are not in CCP4, are now included. The autobuild system has been updated to compile those.
