Linterra Delta Library

A C++ library that wraps parts of the Subversion diff/delta library and combines it with SQLite to create a simple file revision system akin to RCS. It is intended to manage revisions of single files. All of the deltas and metadata for a RCS file are stored in a SQLite database. That is, SQLite is the file format.
