Er, when I said "Perhaps we could start by, as jblack suggested in .au, ensuring that the most important info about a bug report (ID, severity, priority, assignee, etc.)" I left off the "...appears in the leftmost columns of the listing."

Unfortunate to hear that yet another important patch is also stuck in code review backlog. :/
