I think we should land the branch for this after PQM opens up for 2.2.5 and cherry pick it onto production. Looking at the daily OOPS reports for staging, it looks to reduce timeouts from 19 hard / 117 soft to 3 hard / 42 soft, with no apparent regressions in functionality or errors.
