Bug Description

Following the gfortran transition, r-base doesn't provide anymore libRblas.so (uses the blas one instead). All packages built with the older r-base library need therefore to be rebuilt. A quick search with apt-cache shows the following R libraries (from packages depending on r-base-core) still linking against libRblas.so:
