        [553] convert build system to DistUtilsExtra.auto This gets rid of
        MANIFEST.in, po/POTFILES.in, setup.cfg, and most of the black magic in
        setup.py, and just does the right thing. This introduces a dependency
        on python-distutils-extra >= 2.2.
