 * Added two-way deletion support.

  * Added initial support for propagating local deletions to Couch.
  * Added initial support for importing Couch deletions and
    removing the local card.
  * Updated compatible version number in install.rdf.
  * Work around apparent Thunderbird getProperty() brokenness which
    seems to cause empty values to sometimes be null and sometimes be
    the empty string.
  * Performance enhancement - only pull the contacts from Couch if the
    remote sequence number has changed. Thanks to Martin Albisetti for
    the tip!
  * We now save the revision correctly on the card.
  * Lots of changes to bring the code more in line with MDC style guide.
  * Simplify the addressbook interface code.
  * Trim some unused code.
  * MergeableList now has its own reference to the UUID Service.
  * Corrected Ci and Cc to const.
