Project aimed to fully replace / upgrade configuration capabilities interface with Ubuntu user for "GNOME Notifications Framework".

Idea based on: http://www.webupd8.org/2010/05/finally-easy-way-to-customize-notify.html

Projects goal is to have fully configurable Notifications Framework Interface, mixing Qt4 ( including Qt3 Support ) multi-platform capabilities with easy to use design.
