New version: 0.3.2

Today we are happy to announce the second bug fix release since 0.3.0, 0.3.2.

GASP Core 0.3.2 includes some bug fixes and usability changes since 0.3.1, and is fully backwards-compatible with the 0.3.1 and 0.3.0 releases.
