It lives!

Rolling up a couple of fixes on the long, long way down the hill to out the door, 0.8.4 features build fixes against latest GTK, fixes for threading problems with gnome-keyring-sharp, and lots of translation updates.

The docky theme is dropped in this release - active development of Docky has continued in the separate Docky project: http://launchpad.net/docky
