desktopcouch 0.6

Add a mechanism for clients to watch for changes to a database, and expose the revision on records.

Flesh out tests overall, to improve coverage of code.

Fix bugs in starting of desktopcouch daemon, deleted flags in records, and the pairing tool. Added apport hooks to make reported bugs better.
