  * Update, taken from the 2.29 branch 20171107.
    - Fix PR ld/22397, PR ld/22300, PR binutils/22348.
  * Use dwz -m to compress the -dbg packages.
  * Add a plethora of mips r6 packages ... Closes: #881060.
  * Provide "long" description for -dbg packages. Closes: #880001.
