* Snapshot, taken from the 2.20 release branch 20091003.
- Fix PR ld/9863, regression in testsuite on armel.
- Fix regressions seen in the GCC/libjava testsuite.
* debian/*.shlibs: Update to the version from the branch.
* No need to build libiberty_pic.a twice.
