* New upstream version
+ Attempts to recreate its cache directory (closes: #729939)
* make sure not to fail on postrm (purge) when the config directory
still contains unexpected files (closes: #728236)
* now really removing config files maintained only by maintainer scripts from
dpkg's conffile tracking (closes: #728263)
