The fix is in cloud-utils upstream now.
Still to do:
 a.) review/merge cloud-initramfs-tools pull request
   https://code.launchpad.net/~raharper/cloud-utils/+git/cloud-utils/+merge/379177
 b.) upload cloud-initramfs-tools to focal
 c.) upload cloud-utils to focal
 d.) any SRU

the order of 'b' and 'c' are not *terribly* important, because I do not think that there are many users of 'growroot' at this point. That said... the change to cloud-utils *does* break cloud-initramfs-tools so they should be done in that order.

I personally do not really want to babysit these getting in. Can someone else sign up for that?
