Provide an online system for managing and viewing the schedule of classes in #ubuntu-classroom

This project is initially for teaching Django development as part of a series of classes in #ubuntu-classroom, but will hopefully produce not only a useful product, but also a new generation of eager Django developers to enhance and maintain it.
