    * Fix a regression in knit => pack fetching. We had a logic
      inversion, causing the fetch to insert fulltexts in random order,

Release notes 

We discovered a regression in the knit => pack fetch logic. It would cause the changes to be copied as fulltexts rather than deltas, which caused excessive memory consumption while fetching, and the final repository would also not be fully delta compressed. This effected both branch/push/pull and update.
