  New upstream snapshot:
  * lock: Fix an exception if the lock file doesn't exists
    (fixes LP: #954581)
  * Decrease the priority of the daemon to avoid blocking the user
    interface (fixes LP: #942437)
  * Make the network detection code more robust (Fixes LP:#933597)
  * Add missing file to POTFILES.in. (LP: #953938)
  * more fixes

It looks like this was fixed and the bug number was typo'ed in the changelog.
