Bug Description
when you drag the red line which indicates the position in the timeline with the mouse and move the cursor out of the area of the time line, then the red index line just stops where it is. even when i move the mouse back in, it's not responding until i click into the timeline again.
this makes it impossible to move the index to the very beginning of the time line, since it always stops a bit before the beginning and then you _have to_ use the buttons. it just doesn't work with dragging the line with the mouse only :/
this has bugged my for quite some time and now i finally signed up to launchpad since i seem to be the only one ;)
i have pygtk 2.10.3 and gtk 2.10.6 here running arch linux.

btw, in mixing mode, when you move the mouse out of those volume boxes while you drag the volume slider, release the mouse button and enter the volume box again, the slider is still in dragged mode, even though you don't actually drag it.
this might be related to the problem or at least a similar bug.
