qbzr should send qt signal to explorer when action is finished to initiate refresh in explorer

Bug Description
when qcommit dialog finishes its work we can send qt signal to explorer to make sure refresh action can be started immediately. Today the refresh started ony when qcommit dialog is closed by user.
