Robert can't either, so it doesn't appear to be a permission problem
Robert can't either, so it doesn't appear to be a permission problem. The problem manifests itself by trying to edit the summary, clicking "save" or whatever, and then finding that while it appeared to comlete successfully, the original text is back.
