Bug Description
eucalyptus 2.0+bzr1239-
This is the second run of a 2,000 instances test. I was trying to reproduce the error on bug 639639 but, instead, got a completely (at least on first glance) error: euca-* commands still run to completion, but most of the instances started failed to boot/start.
A brief look at logs shows a lot of messages like

Which might explain the failures.
