Bug Description
bzr-buildpackage -S works fine for the case where a package is having a regular update. In the case where you're merging with a Debian branch and now you want to make the source package so you can upload it...that looks like this:
bzr-buildpackage -S -- -sa -vFOO
where FOO is the current package version in Ubuntu. Forgetting one or more of the arguments is pretty easy. An option that does the right thing for uploading a merged-with-Debian package would be great!

Added as --package-merge to be more generic that Debian-Ubuntu.
