Bug Description

Binary package hint: eclipse

When I extract plugins into /usr/share/eclipse/dropins they aren't loaded properly. This used to work on Karmik.

The packages in my PPA use this method to install plugins: https://launchpad.net/~yogarine/+archive/eclipse
