"View -> Project properties" doesn't open any window

This happens when a project is loaded.

I cannot reproduce the problem
For me, this happens when no project is loaded.

Can you send me back the your luciole.log in $USERS/.luciole , after launching command luciole -l and reproduce the problem ?

Hmmm... After some more testing I noticed I can open the "Project Properties" window for Webcam projects but not for DVcam or Manual Import projects.

You can find the log file attached (Opening an existing Manual import project)

I pushed a correction.
Also In menu I deactivate the View-> Project properties item when no project is loaded.
Only activated when a project is loaded
