Let's bring this closer inline with the Recent Changes pages...

1. <title> = Revision History for {TITLE} (Open Library)
2. Column order: | When | Who | ¿Qué? | Compare |
3. Page Title should look like the View & we should write out the title, not show the URL snippet
4. Compare button, bottom right
5. Consider 50 per page?
6. Standard pagination
