Bug Description

Binary package hint: pm-utils

After resuming from suspend-to-RAM, a duplicate icon for my CD drive appears in the Places menu, both in nautilus and (as shown in screenshot) in the GNOME menu. Only one icon appears on the desktop.

Trying to open the entry with the custom icon (the lower one) allows me to browse the CD, but trying to click the above icon does nothing (i.e., Nautilus does not open as expected).

Here's the dmesg after resume. Notice lines about "VFS: busy inodes on changed media or resized disk sr0" at the bottom.
