I was opening a video .avi and i add the subtitutles and then mplayer crash

I did not confirm this myself, but gmplayer is pretty low-prio in any case.

This bug was fixed in the package mplayer - 2:1.0~rc4~try1.dsfg1-1ubuntu1

    - build depend against, lame, x264, xvid

  * no longer build mplayer-gui, it doesn't build anymore with shared
    swscale
