Launching CD Live on Acer Aspire 5020

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-base

When the Welcome Screen is coming, the screen is still Black. Apparently the system is launched correctly and the sound of launching is perfectly heard but there is no display.

This CD works proprely on my desktop pc.

Thanks for your bug report.

This is probably an X error. Can you indicate which graphics card your computer has? Can you also indicate whether you can use ctrl-alt-f1 to switch to a terminal then ctrl-alt-f7 to see if the GUI has started?
