Bug Description

At the moment we don't have an accurate model for Bugzilla 3.4 API compatibility testing. One should be added to lib/lp/bugs/tests/externalbugtracker.py, possibly subclassing TestBugzillaXMLRPCTransport.

You might be interested in similar XMLRPC mocking work that's done in lp.codehosting.

Hi Jono,

I can't find anything that might be suitable for what I'm looking to
do, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Can you point me to
something specific?
