Bug Description
Comment emails for bugs lost their subject, and are now arriving with only the bug number in the subject. The emails should be sent with a 'Re:' subject.
Most likely this is a result of the AJAX inline commenting client submitting comments with the empty string as a subject (because the API can't accept null subjects yet).
